Creating QoS group policies
You can create Storage Quality of Service (QoS) group policies to limit the throughput of workloads and to monitor workload performance.
Steps 
1.
From the home page, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Expand the Storage Virtual Machines hierarchy in the left navigation pane.
3.
In the navigation pane, select the Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) and click Policies > QoS Group Policies.
4.
In the QoS Group Policies window, click Create.
5.
In the Create QoS Group Policy dialog box, specify a group policy name and the maximum throughput limit (in IOPS, B/s, KB/s, MB/s, and so on).
6.
Click OK.
